RNR Tire Express (Ocala, FL)

These guys were AMAZING and I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM! I went in to get tires, a problem was found that a dealership has made. They showed me the problem, gave me advice and ended up having to do the removal and install TWICE!!! They joked, they laughed, I could hear them signing the whole time even before the problem. All around what could have been a disaster wasn't and it's all thanks to the guys at RNR! I know I will be back! Thank you again :)

Buyer beware. Worst experience ever. My husband stopped in on a Thursday they had good prices compared to what we had found. They said they would be ordered and in within 2 days so they set the appointment for the following Saturday to allow enough time for them to come in. Stopped in the next week on Wednesday, 3 days before the appointment to take a look at the tread on them. Good thing my husband did because they NEVER ORDERED THE TIRES. They set the appointment but never ordered tires. They ordered them that day and luckily came in so the appointment was still good for Saturday. They were 1/2 hour late on the appointment but things like that happen so not too big of a deal. They suggested new stems as well since they said they get old just like tires so they replaced the stems also. Af

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I don't recommend them at all. The purchased with the leasing option is a scam. I had a balance of $1,600, and when I checked my account, they only credited me $200. In other words, they pocketed more than half of the payment, in this case $400. It's better to use a credit card and pay the interest. DO NOT USE LEASING BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE MONEY IN THE END!!! SCAMMERS

Professional service, very knowledgeable and fast booking and service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Thank you will definitely get them done there again.

Man where do I start first off huge shoutout the Big Mike in there talk about someone who goes above and beyond to work with you he’s the man. Also he was indeed very professional and had tons of product knowledge and made excellent causal conversation to help poke around and see what best worked for me and my vehicle. Definitely coming back !!!!
