I had a great experience with this business from start to finish. The team was welcoming and professional, and I even appreciated that they had the Joy FM playing in the background-it made the atmosphere feel comfortable and inviting. When I called ahead to check if they had my tire size in stock, they were extremely helpful and took the time to confirm availability. I was also pleased to find out they offered alignments, which I needed as well. Their pricing was very reasonable and every employee I observed interacting with customers was courteous and friendly. Good afternoon everyone; I'm extremely disappointed with this company's service. Initially, I thought it would be different from other companies, but today I found out their policies are shady. Let me explain a little so you understand. I've bought tires and rims for my trucks from them many times, and the service at the time is good. But the problem arises when you want the deceptive service they advertise. They claim that tire rotation is included with the purchase of tires, but you have to make an appointment, and they never give you one for the same day. You have to go whenever they want, and then they leave you waiting until someone else doesn't buy tires; then they do the rotation. That's disrespectful and unethical. 5 stars and they earned every one! Service, price, professional, clean store, and friendly. I bought a set of custom wheels for the wife's car. They handled the ordering of the wheels, the appointment and the installation like the pros they are. The car was ready when promised (1 hour and 15 minutes) and it looked and drove great.
