The staff was professional, friendly, and got me back on the road quickly without trying to upsell anything I did not need. Their honesty, speed, and willingness to help in a stressful situation really stood out, and the shop was clean and organized with fair prices posted clearly. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood place worth supporting, and it is now my first choice for any future tire or minor car repair needs. �

This place has great employees, but the company as a whole is horrible.They claim they have to have a card on file. They will run it without your consent. If you are late regardless of you’ve called in and made a payment arrangement Breanna does this all the time to us. The alignment is a scam. They cannot do a full alignment casters, camber and tow. They can only do the toe which is not a full alignment. You will have to take your vehicle somewhere else to get a full alignment. I needed a pair of tires and called this location. Spoke with Jay and right away I knew I had called the right place. Excellent customer service. Price was what I expected it would be and the best part is they were able to get me in same day even same hour! If you need tires or wheels call Jay at R and R tire. He will take good care of you. I popped in last minute with my four and six year old, and an almost flat tire. They were quick, understanding and very helpful in patching my tire. I’ll definitely comeback when I need my tires replaced, can’t recommend them enough!

Worst experience. I was calling around a few days before to check prices was told a price and when calling back to set an appointment or find a good time to come the guy over the phone was being rude and disrespectful, had no phone manners. Was cutting us off and wasn’t listening when we explained what we were needing done. Started arguing with who I assume was the manager over the phone about prices and then told us to be here by 11 on Friday the 26th for a set price. I get here and they don’t have the tires we talked about anymore so I’m having to pay extra not what I was expecting because they were “sold” when im sure they were closed for Christmas. I was told it’s be 45 mins to an hour to get the new tires to the shop and be done by 1:15 it is now 1:30 and they are just now taking my t
