I had wheels and tires installed on my Jeep at RNR Tire Express - Laskin Road, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Luis, Sean, and Ricky were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options to make sure I got the perfect setup for my Jeep. The installation was smooth, efficient, and done with real attention to detail. What really stood out was their customer service — friendly, respectful, and clearly proud of their work. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and my Jeep looks incredible with the new wheels and tires. My name is Jerome Smith, the uncle of the late Edward Darrell Smith(BJ) who had purchased some tire and rims from RNR on First Colonial Road.Unfortunately my nephew passed away unexpectedly. He still owed a balance on his purchased which was approximately 1600 according to my son who called the shop to obtain the information by the time I conversed with my sister his mother the price had risen to $1900 after they were notified of his passing ,go figure that out. I told my sister just turn the tires in but she was trying to keep the car the way her son had and told me to make them an offer of $1000 but was told that wasn't enough. I was informed by my sister that someone from RNR ( Ron) had left a note on her door which upset her because that was the same

I really like their huge selection of wheels and tires , even online you can order any selection of your choice and they can get it in store for you pretty quickly. William stayed In touch via text ensuring that he ordered my wheel. Once I arrived in store Sean was readily helpful . Helped walk me through my buying process and was very amiable with everything ,making my whole experience smooth . During my wait time these gentleman kept up with a fun work environment and made the experience easy going yet professional. The wheel buying experience can be stressful, but not here!
