RNR Tire Express

I stayed at a nearby hotel and noticed a flat tire.. I added some fix flat then google a used tired shop. RNR popped up. It was close and convenient so I headed over. I met with Gio and told him my rear passenger tire was flat; I temporarily fixed it using a fix flat can. Gio came outside and looked at my vehicle. Gio says.. " you need 3 new tires " ( please keep in mind, 2 of my tires were purchased a week ago ) I pointed out to Gio that the tires he wanted to remove had deep tread in them. As we walked inside, gio says " I don't have used tires for your car" I was disappointed, but I agreed to One new tire , ( I'm obviously stuck with limited options ) This was my first time visiting RNR.. I feel like Gio was more focused on up-selling me items, Vs handling my concerns & needs.

So far I’ve had a great experience at RNR . I bought some new tires and wheels through them and was able to get them expressed and installed in less than two days. Had a small issue with the TPMS following install and they were also able to fix that immediately. I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of work done in my car.

My very 1st time doing a purchase here at RNR Tires, Dave and his ENTIRE crew were AWESOME and very, very welcoming, Even the new guy Chris was awesome. About 15yrs ago when I had a brand new Chevy Malibu my best friend advised me if I ever needed tires or wheels go to hit up RNR tires, as im not sure why I didn't remember this, BUT I AM TRULY HAPPY I FINALLY CAME IN TO DO BUSINESS WIT RNR TIRES. Phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal experience. I was in need of two new tires and a wheel since I hit a curb. I called many shops and RNR had the best option for me. They even worked with me on pricing and squeezed me in the same evening so I could drive safely. Great crew. Shout out to Coreey to reattaching the splash shield back onto my car. I also get free alignment and flat tire repairs for the life of the tires. I recommend you go here as I will certainly be back.
