RNR Tire Express (Wichita Falls, TX)

Love this place! I have successfully paid off 3 sets of wheels and tires through their 6 months same as cash payment plans! As long as you make your full payment on time you will have absolutely no issues! The sales reps are very knowledgeable about their product and will always get you hooked up with an amazing deal! Charles is amazing at explaining the contract and payments! When it comes to wheels and tires there is absolutely nobody else I would recommend!

I had a blow out Thursday around noon. I called a handful of places and was told that nobody has my tires since they are discontinued and my size was limited to what was in stock and would need to order. I called RNR and they answered all my questions and concerns and gave me the best option and price (military discount YAY!). They told me they could get me on the road by the next afternoon. I never needed to have my vehicle towed but they helped me with everything and gave me places that could get on base (car was on Sheppard). I was also worried about my wheel needing to be replaced but they reassured me that they would check when the vehicle got there and if so, they would take care of me! Cierra and Charles are the absolute best and I will be using them again and recommend them to ever

Do not trust this place! My girl went and bought some rims there and she bought some new tires and had them put on there. We was not expecting them to brake off 3 studs! while putting her tires on?!?! and at least letting her know the damages they caused but no! They just put them back on and let her go she drove a long distance with her child in the vehicle! And there not owning up to there mistake! costing her hundreds of dollars! Of damages and labor of getting the issues fixed they caused. I will be talking to a lawyer because this shit is not ACCEPTABLE!!!😤😡

I was looking for tires online, and stepped out of my truck to verify the tire size. while doing so I noticed my front driver tire starting to split. I called RNR to verify they had my tire size; went up there to get the new tires. It was about 1.5 hour till closing, and told the sales associate Cierra that was mainly just worried about getting the one tire replaced, then would come back tomorrow to get the other tires replaced. RNR ended up replacing all four tires and having me out in about an hour. I greatly recommend RNR and Cierra to get tire and wheels needs done promptly. Tires run great and look good on my truck. Thank y'all very much for the assistance and help.

My Grandparents traveled from out of town to come see me, when my grandpa noticed there was a leak in his tire, so I took him to RnR. Fred was so nice and professional. The techs fixed the leak quickly. I was waiting on the cost, but they said it was free. My grandpa was so happy. Thank you RNR for the excellent service!
