Me, my wife, and my 3 kids were 5 hours into a 14 hour roadtrip when the transmission in my Yukon overheated. We parked it, topped off fluid, let it cool, and it wouldn’t shift into reverse. I knew the transmission was shot. No shops were able to get me a rebuild in a short enough turn around time. I called Road Runner and explained my issue. They took my Yukon in on a trade for a fair price and sent me off in a 2022 Ram 1500 Classic. The truck was dialed, clean, and took us on the rest of our trip. Mo and Antonio were the best. Gave me fair trade in value, a good deal on the Ram, and Antonio even bought my family pizza for lunch while Mo and I handled paperwork! Went there to roadrunner got a vehicle they said vehicle was good no issues. Drove it for 1 week. Hard starting up. Took it back said no mechanic in. Took it there when mechanic was in, just reset the vehicle to get the problem gone. Engine light came on again. No starting vehicle. Called them told em said mechanic out til Monday. Looked at vehicle myself. This is the engine! It's gone. Sold me a messed up engine. Said my family and I messed it up. They blame you for problems with vehicle. Called the dad, ower, he told my wife that he was pissing him off with the simple questions . questions we had for him. About the vehicle so he hung up said to never call him again. Honest to God truth, I have never been to an easier and convenient dealership until I came here. They made me feel relaxed and I didn’t have that uneasy feeling that most of us get at dealerships. I didn’t have to wait 3+ hours like many dealerships in Gallup, NM. I was in and out in less than an hour and the application process was by far the easiest thing to do.
