Road Runner Heavy Duty Towing & Semi Truck Towing

Driving about one car length behind me at 60-65 mph on the beltway with another truck in front of me and a third truck blocking me in on the right with nowhere to go. (Distance looks farther in the dashcam. Notice only one white strip visible on road)

What an awful towing company. They have a contract with my HOA and they wrongfully towed my vehicle on Super Bowl Sunday and started my Monday by inconveniencing my wife to drop me off to work. It’s funny because I had them not only not charge me for towing my car but I had them bring me my car back lol. They knew they messed with the wrong one. They tried so hard putting up a fight to get there $210 release fee where I had to call th sheriffs dept and my HOA to tell them they are in the wrong. Their driver who dropped my vehicle even said idk why they towed your car you weren’t blocking any fire hydrant. They try to take advantage of people if I hadn’t wasted 6 hours of my work day in between phone calls with the sheriffs office in my HOA they would’ve just made me pay $210. Do not use th

great service, ok customer service. was on hold for 20 minutes for a receipt, and i think the guy forgot about me. i thought during the hold it was difficult getting that receipt, called back, got it done asap, sucks but oh well. that i definitely did not like from a business stand point.

Great service since I made the phone call. The guy that picked up the phone was really nice and easy to work. Michael was my driver, let me tell you, what a beast he loaded my Escalade esv on the truck in no time, no slacking no time wasting and moving quick. Overall an awesome dude 💯

Racist. Tow truck driver called me Mohammed because I’m brown. Said go back to my country and to learn how to speak English.
