Amazing service, Steve was so helpful and did the above and beyond most! Super nice and the right guy for any job you'd need help with. We were in a real predicament and Steve had no issue and came and went with full confidence and control. Ten out of ten, would absolutely recommend time and time again!
Car got stuck in a patch of ice on my way to my Airbnb in Pollock Pines. Steve happened to drive by and give me a hand. He got my car unstuck and made sure I got somewhere safe. Steve's an outstanding guy. Could not recommend him or his business enough.
Steven was amazing! I was still waiting over 2 hrs for the original tow company. I called them to see if they could help. Steven was there within 20 mins. He dug my car out of the snow and got me back on the road in 5 mins! I'm so grateful ❤️ thanks again, Steven!
Got my motorcycle towed by Steve, he got to me quick and got me home quick. He made sure my bike didn’t get any damage during transport. He was just a good guy, I can recommend this tow company to anyone.
My car started rattling uncontrollably and started swerving. I had to stop and with the help of my mom(I was frazzled) found Road Toad. Steve was excellent and down to earth. He even figured out what was going on with my car. He got me to safety and followed up before he left. Thank you Steve for your patience and grace.
