Shitty customer service. Ordered back in December, Jan 7th comes around havent heard anything. Asked for an update, they said 2-3 weeks. Another month goes by. Sent an email last week asking for an update again with no reply. Sent another email this morning asking to cancel, sends a one word reply "done." Rude 🙄

My husband ordered some items for my suzuki samurai before Christmas. Over $500 later the stuff has yet to arrive. They won't answer emails or phone calls. One star is too many.

This is a great company to deal with. They have some unique and budget friendly upgrades for samurais such as the forever motor mounts and poly steering pick, and they also have the best windshield fold down kit since they include the machined aluminum quick release hinges. Their website needs a bit of an update though to make it easier to find these awesome products. "It's a thin line between hobby and mental illness". Keep up the good work guys.

I placed an order with Roadless Gear on June 13th for an overhead storage tray for my Suzuki Samurai. The order confirmation gave no indication that the item was out of stock. After hearing nothing for nearly a month, I emailed on July 11th asking for an update. No response. On July 25th, I followed up again, stating it had been over a month with no communication and asking if I needed to file a chargeback. Only then did I get a reply saying the product was out of stock because they lost their manufacturer and were having the part remade overseas, with no timeline provided. I was told I could cancel the order or do a chargeback. This should have been communicated upfront, not after weeks of silence. I ordered a Wiper motor for my Suzuki samurai 1986, when it first showed up the metal brackets were bent, after installing it I realized it didn’t work. So I went and got it checked out by my local garage, they’ve marked it as not functional. Called Roadless Gears talked to one of the employees, they’ve told me that they wanted to test it out themselves and send me a new one if it doesn’t work… So I pay shipping to send it back, I waited 3 months before finally receiving the new one. The packaging was horrible, the wires on the motor was cut off. The brackets were bent, I reattached the wiring, place it back in my samurai. Again not functional. This motor cost me 300$ total with the shipping fees, yet I’m still empty handed. I would highly advise you folks to never order from these people.
