Roadrunner Express Car Wash & Oil Change

Service Date 2/28/26 12:30p Took my son to get his first oil change experience and the staff was outstanding. Super nice, informative, and not pushing for services. We never once were made to feel stupid as the process was new for both of us. We were provided great instructions on things like how to turn on the vehicle auxiliary (foot off brake, push start button two times) and how to reset oil notification. Gladly accepted our coupon and said what a great deal it was; we agreed. Oil change comes with a free carwash and we definitely took advantage of the vacuums, cleaning clothes and spray. The car had a wonderful spa day. Thank you Roadrunner technicians for a great experience.

My wifes newer SUV was damage on the tailgate and when brought to the attention of the incident team we were told they have cameras and it shows no damage being done to our vehicle. I asked to review that footage and am now being ignored. DO NOT use this car wash its old and damages your vehicle. This is dented and scratched!! AJ's or Jilly's right down the road is a much better have great washes with wonderful staff. :)

I wish that the hours were a bit longer and that the tailgate of my SUV got a little cleaner. But as unlimited car washes go, they do a good job. The vacuums work great and they have free supplies to tidy up your ride. Always extremely courteous. The staff members all have nice rides as well.

Tried it for 1st time and did decent job cleaning the salt off the car the top amd sides of truck. However the under carriage wash was very weak not getting salt off which is important under there to prevent salt from causing rust quickly. The Vacuums weren't as strong as other vacuums I've tried and hose fell off while I was vaccuming. But it did ok job. Its great that they have towels and window spray to detail the car. I did get $22 car wash for free via online code.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience today! While I was vacuuming out my car, a few bumblebees suddenly flew inside 🐝😳. I went to ask the employees for help, and Michael and Cameron came right out without hesitation. They safely got the bees out of my car and were so kind and calm the entire time. I’m so thankful because I’ve never been stung before and honestly didn’t want to find out if I’m allergic! 😅 Their quick thinking and teamwork really stood out. It’s such a blessing to see people who genuinely care and go above and beyond for others. Thank you again to Michael, Cameron, and the entire team! 💛
