Roadside Assistance of St. Cloud

Our family was 7 hrs from us with a ruined tire, no spare and an hour from where they were staying. With a random search we gave this number to our son and so thankful Mikey answered right away and put our son’s stress at ease. He drove to them after dark on a Saturday night and took the wheel off and put the car on blocks. He assured us our family was safe and ok. He was at the tire shop Sunday morning when it opened to get the tire replaced and then drove it back and placed it on the car ready for them when they get back to town. He kept us in the loop and made sure we had our receipts sent to us. He sent pics when work was done. He is who you should call for help with road side assistance or need help with your vehicle! Mikey is "THE BEST! 5 Stars!! We are an older couple, and got stranded hours away from home. Our pick-up tire was totally ruined! It was cold and windy and the late afternoon traffic was in a hurry to get home. We searched on our phone for " roadside assistance ", since we didn't really think we needed a tow truck. We were lucky to find Mike's phone number. He arrived in just a few minutes, and had the tire changed in no time! When our spare tire started going flat shortly after changing it, Mike lead us to a gas station for air. Unfortunately, after 3 different stops, it seemed that the cold was messing with the air compressors at all the gas stations! When my tire blew while running an errand on my lunch break, I called my auto insurance. My roadside assistance was only willing to send someone out to tow my vehicle, and I would have been waiting at least an hour. I found Mikey on Google and gave him a call. He was headed to lunch himself, but dropped everything to come to my location. From the time I placed the phone call to the time I was back on the road was maybe 20 minutes. I now have a receipt to submit for reimbursement and I was still able to accomplish everything I needed to that day instead of being without my vehicle. 10/10 recommend!
