Did not tighten lug nuts wheel fell off.. Not even sure ase certified.. made too many comments showing his lack of knowledge..
I called yesterday in need of a flat to be replaced with my spare, the next day I took my car to a sketchy tire shop to get a tire at low cost. Two of the spokes were stripped so I called this service again for help and instead of arguing about the technicalities. roadside assistance tn offered to make it right so I could be back on my way as cheaply as possible. He was very kind and professional. Thank you for the help.
Frank is best guy to help when i needed a jump and tire change
We were driving home down the highway and our tire blew on our truck. He was incredibly timely getting to us within 15 minutes. He had an awesome attitude and did an amazing job! He was incredibly detail oriented and made sure that everything was not only put back together but that we were ready to get back on the road. Highly recommend this business to anyone in need of roadside assistance!
