Roadside Services Towing of NWA

Was driving home the other day, pulling my 20 foot trailer. When I came up to roadwork. They had concrete barriers that zigzagged and traffic was so thick. I did not have enough room for my big trailer. One of my rear wheels caught on the side barrier and blew the tire and bent the rim. I got the truck to a stop and pulled off on the first exit and parked. A roadside service Towing gentleman pulled right up behind me and said he saw the whole thing. He was in between jobs and on Brake. His name was Edward. He told me he had all the tools and would like to help me change my tire and wheel out to get me back out on the road. I could not believe it. What better luck After an accident like that. Not very many people will do that for other folks nowadays. It spoke so highly of your company. He

This was the provider my insurance company sent out when my alternator broke. David Coe was fantastic, he called me multiple times to update me, and ensure that I was safe. He got to the tow location super early, and even took extra time to look at the car with me to see if my evaluation looked accurate. I absolutely will use their service again.

Would only take cash, in person to get my car towed from their yard due to a wreck on i49 ($450 from one side of Rogers to the other). Major pain to have to take off from work to drive to them for this, especially when I needed them to tow it to a body shop from there anyway. That cost an extra $250. $700 total and the service was NOT speedy. It took 4 hours to get it from Rogers to Fayetteville when they knew we were waiting on it. Original estimate was 2 hours, no apologies or offer of any credit. Would NOT recommend.

Martin was great I was quoted an hour from geico. Martin called me when he was 20 mins out to update me. All in all took only 40 mins. He hooked up quickly, and took my car where we requested. He even sent a picture of the car when he dropped it off and who he gave the keys too. Best experience I've ever had. Thank you Martin.

DISHONEST PEOPLE! If you want your car damaged and then they refuse to fix their damage, call them! Initially, they told us they would be an hour to get our vehicle, an hour turned into three. I had specifically told them I was on the side of the highway and I would be waiting on them to pick up. When I called to check on ETA over an hour later, they tell me they had other calls come in blah blah, it seems like once you do payment online, they will take other tow calls since you have paid already. They let me know it wouldn't be till another hour or so, I had a gut feeling I should've stayed but had to get to work. Once I picked up car, bumper was damaged, falling apart underneath and they refused to fix it because they did not take pictures before hand! I mean why not if you guys hook it
