Roadside Towing and Recovery

I love it when I come across a small business, locally owned, by a hard-working individual, who goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Mike, the owner of this business is such a person. He went out of his way to help my daughter and me when we got a flat, but then our spare was flat. Mike figured it out and made sure we got home safely. I highly recommend Mike and his towing services, you will be dealing with an honest business owner you can trust.

The AAA service was dispatched through Hertz rental. Jonathan went above and beyond not only with picking up and delivering the vehicle to Hertz for repair he made sure my wife and myself were safe and able to pick up a replacement vehicle that was located nearly 2 miles away from the Hertz drop off location. Hertz had no answered as to how we would get to the retail center other then to tell us to call uber or lift!!! Not very friendly or usable advice as the rented car with the flat tire had our 7 suitcase in the rear of the vehicle. Jonathan is a true professional and I would highly recommend him and the company he works for!

Don’t use this company if you can help it. I was told that my vehicle would be picked up at noon and the tow truck didn’t show up until 10:30 pm. Not to mention that the vehicle was as dropped off in the wrong place and my Miami dolphins license plate was missing when I went to retrieve the vehicle. The company said when they dropped it off that there was a license plate but in the pictures they submitted to AAA they failed to get the license plate in any of the pictures. Sit on the side of the rode before going through this company.

Triple A sent this company out to tow my car. They sent the wrong type of truck so the driver put me on the phone with his operator. While I was talking with them the driver exposed himself and started urinating on his truck right next to me. After that he took his phone and left. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
