I don't like writing negative reviews, but here I would have to say I concur with the consensus and the preponderance of negative reviews. See pic here of what appears to be a perfectly legal parking space between 2 driveways marked with yellow lines, however, way up high there was a Tow Away Zone sign. Very sneaky and deceptive. Let's face it, most who come here are likely here to recover a towed vehicle which is stressful in and of itself, so the last thing someone needs is added stress, indifferent customer service, little compassion, and antiquated systems to add to the stress. As a DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, and the Florida Keys, I'm especially in tune with hospitality or lack thereof as was the case here. I wanted to take the time to recognize Pedro and his team Christian for their professionalism and assistance. We understand being contracted with the city holds a huge responsibility and some guests aren’t always as kind when picking up their vehicle. Pedro and his colleague remained calm and provided city regulations with assisting us as we were able to get the city release form over to them and other supporting documents . The facility was busy but they handled helping all of the guests respectfully and quickly. Thank you!

Got to my car in 20 min. Victor was my driver and he is awesome. He had lots of good story’s too on the way to the dealership:))

I am not from Miami, and I parked in what clearly looked like a legal parking space. There were no signs, no red or yellow curb paint, and nothing to indicate that parking was restricted. The lines on the road even made it seem like a designated spot. If parking is prohibited there, then the city should not allow that space to appear available. Frankly, this feels like it’s done on purpose to take advantage of people who are not familiar with the area. It’s unacceptable and honestly disrespectful that the city chooses not to properly mark these areas, then immediately tows vehicles and charges high fees. This kind of practice feels more like a money trap than a legitimate safety concern.

This towing service is wildly unprofessional and clearly runs on hostility and incompetence. Zero professionalism, just aggressive behavior and a smug attitude like being rude is part of the job description. The way they handle situations is unnecessarily antagonistic and borderline embarrassing. If you’re going to tow cars for a living, which already says a lot about what you’ve achieved in life, at least try not to act like you’re doing the public a favor while behaving like trash. Avoid if you value basic decency or dealing with adults who know how to do their job.
