I live in the area and have driven by Roanoke Auto countless times. I decided to take our Subaru there to get the state inspection stuff done and worked with Phil. From the start, he was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, right before the appointment, we were rear-ended which caused some damage to the back of the car. Phil was still able to do the state inspection, identify some other areas that needed fixing, and complete the fix in a timely manner. He also referred us to a collision place nearby and called ahead for us. Phil earned my trust and I'll use them again next year for inspections.
