I wasn't able to use Rob's service but he was top notch in offering free advice and talking me through the process of what it would be like to have him repair/work on a Tesla. He was extremely transparent on expectations and was open to having calls on what made the most sense. Most auto body shops consist of guys that have no desire to provide real customer service but I would take my car to Rob just so that he could have my business if it was feasible. I'd highly recommend.

I was unfortunately in a car accident that caused significant damage to my car. Rob and his team were really helpful every step of the way during the repair process. Their estimate was incredibly detailed, which made working with my insurance company a lot easier. They also frequently communicated with me about what was going on; I always felt like a priority. Perhaps most importantly, I am incredibly pleased with the results of my repairs—the car looks brand new, drives great, and has all the sensors working as intended. I’m glad I took my car to Rob because I know the repairs were done the right way, with the right materials, and with attention to detail. I can’t recommend him enough.

I have been in an accident last month and I couldnt find some one to work on it. Rob wagner Jr understood my situation and made time for my car and guided me through the process. Even though the car endedup total loss they guided me through the enter process and followedup with the insurence company.
