My car suddenly stopped, and I ended up at Robbie’s for the first time. Mr. Martin was extremely helpful and quickly figured out what the problem was—my alternator. He was able to replace it the same day. I’m so happy to have my car back up and running today. He and his brother were wonderful, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Context, I drive a 2003 Toyota. Its old, and a bit rough around the edges. I only need it to last one more year, and im strapped for cash. I had taken my vehicle to a shop in menlo park a few months ago, and they identified 14 "urgent repairs", quoting me repairs 3-4x the car's value. I came into this shop today thinking my CV axle boot was torn, based on the other shop's inclination, and my bad eye. But this shop identified the problem as the rack and pinion boot. They didnt try to upsell me in any way. I came in thinking I need a new CV shaft, and they could have said I need to replace both sides of CV and rack and pinion, for all I know. Based on this experience, id say this is a trustworthy shop. Their estimate was very reasonable, they got me in and out in one day, and didn't try t
