Very professional, diligent, and considerate, stayed with us for five hours until the problem was solved. Jeff and another one of the workers drove all the way out to Muscadine to meet us, as our camper was stuck there with a slide-out that would not retract. When they concluded it may be one of the parts and had to go back to the shop to get it, they told us to drive down to Oxford and wait for them, since going up to Jacksonville would be out of our way. When Jeff did meet us again in Oxford, he verified every other possibility just in case the part wasn’t the issue and we should unnecessarily spend money and time on it. Turns out it was a messed-up wire tucked under the parking brake that was the issue, which he quickly rectified and nicely secured. Very good work!

Do not use this business. Never calls you back and just takes your money. What a scam…. Took my money for initial inspection and repair… had to go thru my “Forever warranty” which took less than a week. Made numerous phone calls, and voice mails to this business, with no replay…. WORK OF WISDOM. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE…. I see if past post that I wasn’t the only one this has happen too. Sad.

Excellent service!! They responded in a very timely manner and kept me posted that they had not forgotten about me. Way cool. Service technician was very polite and knowledgeable in his work. They were able to get me on the same day I contacted them. I will definitely call them again! Again, thanks!

We had our camper setup at a campground in Oxford.We were having an issue with the slide "popping" when moving it in and out.He came and looked at it and charged $250 service call fee plus $62 to diagnose it with a bad actuator.We bought the new part which was right at $600 and that didn't fix the problem.He ordered another complete actuator assembly and replaced it and still we have the same problem.He also left a bunch of nuts and bolts loose under the slide.$900 later and we're no better off than before.I would look elsewhere for service unless you're looking to waste a bunch of time and money.
