Robert and Renae's complete automotive repair

Roberts been the only mechanic I go to for years now due to his vast knowledge of anything mechanical and because he always does great work at a reasonable price. Thanks again Robert!

First of all, Robert is a complete angel and 5 stars is not enough. Driving across the country with my mom and 2 dogs. We were 90 miles from our destination when my check engine light came on and the car started stuttering. Long story short we ran into Robert at a random gas station he recommended coming over to his shop for a diagnostic. He was able to diag the car in minutes, picked up the parts in ten and had us back on the road in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly, fair and an all around great fella. I cannot recommend his shop enough.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. He has screwed us over for two months now, and is extremely unprofessional. He has cussed us out for asking about progress on our vehicle. Something he quoted that would take 14-15 hours of work has taken two months and he is giving bad excuses and lies as to why it's not been done. We thought at first he was a good guy, but learning new things we've heard some pretty messed up things. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this mechanic if you value your time and vehicle

Traveling thru from AZ to IL and had some power issues thinking we blew the transmission. Robert wasn't open but texted me back to see what the issue was and got us in right when they opened in the morning. They are friendly and were helpful in our stressful situation. Robert was thorough and was VERY generous with his time. After a diagnostics check and a test ride he found it was NOT the transmission and fixed our issue in no time. We were able to be back on the road that day. We highly recommend Robert and his years of knowledge!!

7/14/22 -hot summer day 95 degrees and our AC stops working. We are on a road trip and needed to be in Tennessee by Friday. We called Robert and Renea and they were able to fix our AC and have us back on the road quickly. They are super friendly and their price is like family and friends pricing, not like the shop that you feel they charged you even for the air you breathe in the shop. Wish I lived closer, they would be our mechanics for life!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!!
