Robert Brogden's Olympic Car Wash

I will never go through the automatic car wash here again. I selected the 2nd highest option there and it didn't even remove the dirt. The only thing that was added with the highest option was protectant. It was the worst $16 to spend. If you want to wash your car, do it in the self-service bays. That is the only way your car will be cleaned here. But based on the customer service from reading other reviews, it seems if you have an issue, they'll just tell you that you are wrong. Might be worth going somewhere else.

I paid $18 for the premium automatic wash at Olympic Car Wash, and unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money. My car had some kind of liquid thrown on it while it was parked outside. It wasn’t anything permanent it should have easily come off with a proper wash but after the wash, my car was still dirty. The doors and windows still had visible dirt and stains. I went inside calmly and respectfully asked the staff if they could please help maybe run it through again or at least spray some water on the areas that were still dirty. I wasn’t asking for a full free wash, just some assistance. Instead, I was told they don’t give free washes and that “the machine doesn’t remove everything.” The response was rude and dismissive. I chose to use their self service bay. It clearly states that there’s a four dollar minimum for using your card, but it does not tell you the price of what you’re paying after you swipe so I was assuming that for dollars on the minimum gave me I don’t know 5 to 7 minutes and I continued to use the self service bay. After being done I chose to go over and use their vacuum services which do not take card. Everything is by quarters. While in the self service bay, I did ask an employee for help and she had no idea about anything regarding the cleaning and the process of cleaning and what I should use. After vacuuming, I had gotten Non and checked my bank account and there was a $10 pending charge and I thought that that was an appropriate amount of money for the car wash that I selected. 24 ho

I’ve been using this car wash for years. I have 7 vehicles I clean here. This car wash has been going down hill for years.my wife and I both took our vehicles here today it usually takes anywhere from 20 to 25 seconds to change from soap to rinse or spot free while the timer is running. Today while washing 2 vehicles the spot free rinse was not working the attendant said if you want spot free just put it on rinse and don’t pull the trigger.what a crock. Then getting ready to leave there are cones in front of the blow dryer, it is out of order. Total waste of money and time. My wife went back to wash her Bronco today she spent ten dollars and the truck still wasn’t clean.
