Robert is highly knowledgeable, respectful, timely and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. He provides knowledgeable feedback and is very communicative regarding the needs of his customers vehicles. Highly recommend and wouldn’t choose anyone else to trust with our vehicles.

If you need a mechanic, look no further. I am not from the area and my car broke down and left us in a bit of a lurch. After calling MULTIPLE places and getting no answers and sadly a couple rude answers, Robert answered and at first said unfortunately he was closed for the holiday weekend and I totally understood. He then called me back 5 min after I got off the call with him and told me that he could not leave us stranded like that and even came and towed our vehicle and had it fixed in 2.5 hours(including the tow to the shop) after it was done he offered to tow it back to us so we didn't have an inconvenience. Honestly he has a customer for life. I am happy to give Robert glowing reviews for his help to our family.

If there is any work needed on your vehicle Mr Robert gets any job done. I’ve been bringing my 2013 Honda to him for a while now and his labor is fast honest and well respected. I 100 percent recommend this shop, don’t make Robert Tassin Automotive shop any other option but first.

Where to start with Mr. Tassin's Generosity today!! We drove to Marksville to see my mom for Thanksgiving. On the way back home my husband's truck thermostat went out and had to turn around and drive back . A friend if mine recommend Mr. Tassin for auto work since we had no ideal where to go the day after Thanksgiving. Mr. Tassin was closed but happened to show up at his shop. Not only did he fix my husband's truck but took him to get him the parts and the bank and fixed his truck being the only one there. There are still some good people out there in this world. I would 100 percent recommend him to anyone. He made an unhappy ending to our Thanksgiving to a happy one to be thankful for. I wouldn't know what to do if I couldn't turn to Tassins in my vehicles times of need/s. Straight forward and doesn't waste any time getting to the diagnosis and on to fixing the issues at hand. I highly recommend.
