The front desk staff seems untrained and constantly gives mixed information—she acts like a mechanic but clearly isn’t, which makes the whole process confusing. Their prices are way too high for what seem like used or low-quality parts, and the work never feels properly checked. They keep telling me I can ‘just come in’ with no appointment, but every time I show up there’s a long line of people waiting and nothing is moving. The whole operation feels completely disorganized. At this point, I honestly don’t understand how this place is still running.” Warning do not go here

Great service and prices! Have got many tires from them. Have also got a car inspection done there. Give them a try.

We brought my Toyota Highlander to Robert Tires 2 earlier in the week for a state inspection. My husband was told the inspection was completed and passed, but they didn’t have the sticker at the time and to come back later in the week to pick it up. On my day off, I went in just to get the sticker for the inspection that was already paid for and completed. I explained this to the front desk, but was told I still had to wait behind a line of customers getting full inspections. After waiting over 30 minutes with my 4-year-old, I had to leave without the sticker. What’s worse is that we were not given any paperwork showing the inspection passed. So now we’re driving a vehicle that was inspected and passed but has no sticker or documentation to prove it. If we get pulled over, we could be in

Upset took my car to have the tire looked at paid 15 and gave a tip and was told it was fixed. It was not I have my tire loosing air and the light on.
