Truly a quality and honest shop. Great service. My dealer and a national brake repair chain indicated that I needed to replace my rear calipers. $775.00. Had just replaced rotors and pads. Didn't seem right. Brought into Rob and they found that the slide pins were rusted and not lubricated (not sliding freely on both sides). They clean and lubricated and saved me over $600.00. I can’t overstate what a great experience I had with Robert Warrens Automotive! The most important thing I value in a mechanic is trust. Rob and team correctly diagnosed something my (now former) mechanic got wrong. Rob kept me informed and explained what was causing the issues. He even tracked down the warranty of a pretty costly part, saving me some money. The team took great care of me, going out of their way to ease my mind, fix my car correctly, and get me safely back on the road! Extremely satisfied and happy to finally have a great auto mechanic team!

Had an issue with the car not starting. The gave me a number for tow and I was able to get it in immediately and it was fixed within the day. Highly recommend. Great people

Robert Warrens Automotive was wonderful and gave an awesome experience! After I took my car to autozone for a quick diagnostic test they told me my starter failed and my car hasn’t even reached 50k miles. Turns out it was a bad cell in the battery and just needed a battery replacement! He and his team was so awesome and efficient and reasonable and informative! 10/10 experience, especially for a 25 year old girl with not a lot of car knowledge.

I scheduled an appointment over a weekend to bring my car in later the following week. Received a text from them that Saturday night - when they were closed - offering to look at my car sooner due to the nature of my problem! This level of service is amazing.
