They had my car for 2 weeks and still could not fix the problem.
Scheduled a 940am oil change and tire rotation. I called at 130pm to see the status and they said another hour or so. I got to the service center and they said 25 minutes waited over an additional hour. Incompetent and liars. I will NEVER patronize here again. Just bought a 60k truck here but NEVER will buy again.
Mike Brandon and Woodall’s service department are the absolute best. They take excellent care of me and my family every time we bring our vehicles in for service. Thank you so much!
Great service, Larry's Eastwood shuttle service was awesome. He was very professional and friendly. He made our ride a good one. Thanks again Larry.
