Friendly, great customer service. James was very helpful. The shuttle ride home and back was very very nice as well. I made the tragic mistake of not going back to them for an earlier repair. My bad for that. Will be back for more work to be done to my poor little car. Cheers to Robert’s Auto Service!!

I felt so relieved when I got to the shop. I could tell that the people who worked there were honest, respectful, and listen to my awful explanation of what my car was doing/sounding like with no knowledge of what I was talking about. They called to let me know when the car arrived, they called and gave me a breakdown of what was wrong and the prices for the work they would do. There were no surprises when I came and picked up the car. I have made them my regular mechanic for my vehicle moving forward. Thank you again Robert's Auto Service.

Moved out of PB to East County and took my car to a nearby reputable auto repair shop but after an oil change, a warning light came on that they said could be faulty wiring but no other diagnostics were run. I decided to take it back to Robert’s as I trust them and they ran a thorough diagnostics, determined and fixed the cause of the issue, and made sure it wouldn’t come back. I’ll continue to make the drive back to Robert’s for all my future car needs.

I couldn’t have asked for better timing—my car broke down right in front of Robert’s Auto Service, and I was able to hand over the keys without needing a tow. James helped with the intake and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful. A few days later, my car was fixed and running perfectly. The quality of their work and the experience of the mechanics really shows. When I had a small follow-up issue, Christian was incredibly helpful in making sure it was taken care of quickly. It’s great knowing I can trust them with my car, and I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here.
