I have taken my Porsche Panamera to Roberts Automotive, and the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer service. Mr James quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly, with no pressure and total transparency. The work was completed on time, and my car now runs like a dream. It’s hard to find a shop that treats high-performance vehicles with the care and precision they deserve, but Roberts Automotive exceeded all my expectations. I just called and spoke with Amy who was not very professional. I am looking for service on an Alfa Romeo. First, her response was that they only service European cars. My husband and I tried explaining it’s an Italian car (in Europe). I called back hoping to speak to a manager. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else and began to raise her voice. She was not cordial and was no help at all. They advertise that they service European cars with a list that includes in more. It’s a simple fix but I’ll find someone else who’s more willing to take my money and better understands customer service.

Roberts Automotive took great care of my daughter’s Volvo. It had to have the engine replaced due to a timing chain issue and it drives like a dream again!! We thank James and crew for all of the work they did to get her back on the road again.

We were stranded on the interstate and the woman hung up on me. I understand that they take appointments only but I asked if they could make an exception since we were stranded within a mile of them. She was so rude and hung up. I was in tears. It was like I did something wrong for calling and asking a question. Our tow driver recommended them. We ended up getting towed to Atlanta Global Mini dealership and they were wonderful. It was a fixable problem and we were on our way. Like I said I fully understand it they are appointments only but could you show some empathy and explain it nicely to the next desperate motorist?

So far they haven't let us down. Currently they are working on our Mercedes that was in a fender bender. Will update my review once we pick it up.
