Robert's automotive refuses to give me their insurance company information I put brand new oil in it the day that I took it down there when I got it back it was black and had metal flakes in it I'm not allowed on his property. He did nothing but yell at me. I'm not gonna go into the other things he did. When they change the valve cover gaskets, I just got the oil change brand new oil in it. When I took it down there I didn't drive it and as soon as I got it back I took it down to auto Lube. Where I was told it was black with metal flakes in it. He blew up the engine of my car. And is refusing responsibility. And I told him I needed it for my cancer treatments and my doctor's appointments. I need the name of his insurance company. I'm tired of this.

I felt like the mechanic i talked to both times was very dismissive and didn't want my business. I was very polite on both visits. I dropped the vehicle off at close of business on Friday, they had the jeep monday, Tuesday and half of Wednesday. i called around lunch on wednesday to see if they had even looked at it. They hadn't. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is the lady that answers the phones was nice.

Im not one of those "Karens" but this needs to be put out there. No comment on the quality of work, I never got that far. As I pulled into the driveway I saw a woman outside the shop and she saw me. Realizing I should've pull into the other driveway I backed out and drove to the side. I cut my engine off, gathered my stuff, since I knew id be getting a new alternator, thus spending $600 to $800, and went to pull on the door labeled "office." But it didn't open. I knocked once, no answer. Called the number I had previously called to tell them I was coming, rang it 3 separate times, no response. Tried to start my car, wouldn't turn over, honked my horn, no answer. I got it cranked, and now I'm at Modica Bros where the attendants didn't hide from me. And where they'll be $800 richer by end o

Omg!!! I love this place, my daughter has used this place for years, and once my warranty ran out on my car I thought I would give them a try, and boy I’m not disappointed!!! They got my car done faster then I expected, faster then the dealership ever did!! Chad is very good at his job, and I’m so excited to have my car back and she’s running great!!! Thanks again Chad, and all those that worked on my car, you will be getting my business from now on and a good word of mouth!!!!

Chad at Roberts Automotive has been our go-to mechanic for decades! Luckily, we havent had car trouble for a while, but this past week I ended up having 2 issues quickly resolved. He is very knowledgeable and has awesome customer service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!!
