Roberts Quality Tire

Great customer service. However, Went there to get new front tires. Put tires on the rims, said I was good to go. Went to Longview and while I was in Longview heard a loud knocking noise. Thought it was something off with my alignment. Come to find out, my lug nuts weren’t tightened up all the way. On either tire.. Pretty sure something on truck is now horribly messed up. Need someone to contact me or a contact number for the boss man.

I've been doing business here for several years. They are professional, honest, fair, and friendly! UPDATE: Robert ordered my new tires yesterday, and put them on this morning. I received the same professional, friendly service that I expected. It's always great doing business with those I've grown to trust!

I was in a bind, and Robert was able to put a tire on my truck for way less than I expected. Whatever you are looking for, he has it- new & used! I definitely paid the price of a used tire, but it truly looks brand new. They’re always so nice & helpful. Will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love this place! Always helpful and the price is amazing! Such great people work here. When ever my family needs new tires this is our go to place! They are up front and honest. Incredible service and fair prices. This place is a.true hometown tire shop. They didn't try to upsell me 9n a bunch of stuff and even explained what actually happened to the tire and the risks involved in repair. It's nice to see that there are still reputable and honest service places around.
