I have a 2017 Ford Explorer and was experiencing shifting and acceleration difficulties while on a road trip through Sierra Vista. I went to the local car dealership (Lawley) who quoted me a 3-4K transmission repair job. Bob looked carefully at my transmission and found 2 loose mounting bolts and a loose transmission drain plug- something the dealership never even noticed (they said the leak was due to bad gaskets). After tightening things up and a change in the transmission fluid the transmission has been problem free since-this was a year ago.Bob also correctly identified a problem with the throttle body. I would call Bob again for help with my car in a heartbeat . John

Robert is amazing! My wife and I found ourselves stranded in Bisbee on a Saturday night due to a malfunction in our shifting cable. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and made arrangements to take care of the issue. Robert was able to come to my residence and fix the problem with my lawn tractor.
