I had a truck come into my shop with missing charge air pieces. Some pieces were make shift repairs. I requested a breakdown from the parts department to see what parts I needed to repair unit back to original. The parts man asked me "do i need to draw you a picture since you dont know what you are doing!" Only leaving a 1 star because no stars is not an option! I am also a master certified navistar technician but did not tell him this. So I know the request was not beyond what they were capable of doing. This was completely uncalled for.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I brought in my 2020 International truck because it couldn’t perform a DEF regeneration. They diagnosed a faulty DEF injector, replaced the part, and charged me $3,240 including labor. As soon as I drove the truck out—within a minute—a new code appeared on the dashboard. I brought it right back to have it checked under warranty, and they flat out refused. I asked them to at least inspect it to make sure nothing was missed or installed incorrectly, but the supervisor, Joe Blebins, said I would have to pay $500 just for a diagnostic, and only then would they decide if it was their fault or not. The technicians there are doing the best that they can seeing how they are dealing with an intermittent problem and those can be difficult to replicate. The office staff are also doing a good job of communicating frequently to give us updates on the progress or lack there if.

We towed the truck the dealer on Wednesday due to differential issues.Even though we have warranty and they got approval from warranty department for replacing the rear end ,they got us pay extra 1800 $ for nothing .They said we have to clean the debris of differential and charged us extra 300$ and furthermore they changed the small bearing and charged us almost 6 hours labor .I strongly feel like we are ripped off.I don’t recommend anyone bring their truck to this dealer.
