I always go to Kevin for all my truck parts for my company he’s always so respectful and nice also speaks Spanish for all my drivers that need help as well! Wish they had more help sometimes the wait could be long.

Great customer service! Landry in parts went out of his way to get what I needed delivered so unit could get back to work!

Started calling around 8am, says to leave voice mail, and text the # for quicker response. No call back, no text, and it’s noon now. I even gave them the part # to check availability. Wild place.

Malicious incompetence or willful ignorance are the only options you’ll get from these guys. You will hate every moment you have to deal with them and will regret owning an International when you get any service from them. From missing keys to missing ECU modules, if you drive a truck there you will have to tow it to another shop to get it fixed. $10,000 in missing parts, two lost keys, and seven months later and the truck is in even worse shape. Update: Truck is still not running. I personally drove the truck there, now I’m scheduling a tow truck to get it back.

It’s a Friday night at 5:55 and I am in need of a turbo boot and clamps and Jackie in Parts was so accommodating not only did they have the parts I needed but he also waited for me to get there. Hats off to Robert’s Truck Center you all are what keeps American Truckers Rolling!!! Keep up the awesome service.
