Excellent service from start to finish! I went in for an oil change and they also did a complimentary inspection, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, professional, and I didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone was very kind and attentive, especially Sergio. He was extremely helpful, diligent, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

We took our Ford F 150 in for brakes and a check up. The front desk guy was very helpful and the man that called to give the estimate was very knowledgeable and thorough. Great service from an auto repair center you can trust!

My experience with this shop was 10/5 stars. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and very deliberate to differentiate whether they were relaying facts about my vehicle or their professional industry opinion. I am not a dummy when it comes to cars (have done oil changes, ignition coils, changed tires, radiator fans etc), but I am NOT an expert on anything remotely automotively complicated, nor do I pretend to be. The staff were not condescending at all and spoke to me with respect and courtesy. Their diagnostic of my car was thorough and included photos. I was coming from New Orleans and got off in Tyler with car trouble. I stopped at one shop and was told they didn't have time to check my car. But was given the # to Robertson Automtive. When I called I spoke to Zack. He told me to come on to the shop and he would check my car. I can't say enough good things about Zack or the shop. Told me and spoke to my husband on the phone everything that was wrong and how much. A short time later my car was fixed and I was on my last 2 hours of my trip. I still can't say enough good things about my experience here. I was even able to bring my dog in while I waited. ZACK asked me several times if I needed anything to eat or drink. Zac and his crew did a fantastic job on my older Jeep Wrangler. Zac was patient and made sure I understood which repairs were more pressing while effortly fixing 2 pain in the butt wiring issues that drove me crazy! Will be coming back for Phase 2 repairs very soon! . Thankyou so much, Tara M.
