I would absolutely never buy another truck here again. It ended up taking 3 weeks longer to build because of other trucks they were having issues with which wasn’t really a big deal to me until having all these other issues….. to start, when I first got there to pick up my new tow truck the PTO wouldn’t work, they “forgot” to add a few of the things I wanted them to add on the truck (tool box trays, broom & shovel holder, and a hose reel). So while looking at the truck I asked if the wheel covers were in the truck? Jeremy responded no, these new trucks don’t come with them. (I have bought 5 new trucks in the last 4 years and every truck came with them) so he could tell I was kind of irritated so he offered to run me to the local parts store to buy me wheel covers while his mechanic pulled

Jeremy is your guy if you need a truck. Jeremy went over & beyond to make us happy. When something was wrong he made it right. If we buy another truck we will drive 10 hours one way to see Jeremy again.

Top shelf customer service, had everything we wanted in stock and more! Dropped a flat bed on our cab/chassis in a matter of a few hours. Will most definitely be using again in the future!

Would recommend! I’m very particular about details and chose the old Reynoldsburg location from which to buy my first enclosed trailer. The selection process was smooth, purchase was smooth, and I even had a warranty claim which was handled at the Mount Vernon location. The locations were going through fundamental changes during this time, yet my experience felt easy no matter who I was speaking with or what I was doing. Excellent company culture from a customer viewpoint. As far as equipment, do your homework on the manufacturer. I wouldn’t recommend the build quality of the manufacturer (Compass) - but it seems that a good manufacturer is really tough to find. I got the exact specs I wanted at a reasonable price and it’s fortunate for me that I already planned to make improvements.
