Robichaux has the Best Customer Service. Very good work. They explain everything to you. Very thorough. Definitely Top Tier. I have a Ford Dealership about 10 minutes from my house but I go out my way to Robichaux.

I am a former Terrebonne Ford customer. The customer service experience was so horrible at Terrebonne Ford for the 7 years that I dealt with them that I was willing to completely cut all ties with Ford to avoid future interactions. I started dealing with Robichaux and the experience has been totally different. The customer service has been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they made buying and all service appointments easy and no hassle.

Truck was towed to Robichaux on a Sunday, they contacted me very quick Monday morning. I told the service guy to check where the water was leaking from assuming it was the water pump. He confirmed it was the water pump and proceeded to give me an estimate of $1828 to change a water pump, brake job and two heater hoses. Charged me a $165 for diagnostic test when all they had to do was put water in the radiator and check for leak. So no I will never deal with Robichaux Ford again.
