Today I went into this dealership with my fiancée to ask about SUVs. From the very beginning, the experience was upsetting. The salesperson looked only at my fiancée (who is American) and completely ignored me (I am Hispanic). When she went back to the car because she wasn’t feeling well, I continued asking questions, but the treatment didn’t improve. I asked about a Nissan SUV, and the salesman said it was already taken — then added that if I bought quickly, he could “give it to me” because the other buyer was slow with paperwork.
