Bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys as I absolutely needed a vehicle after getting into an accident in Dec. 2024. The guy told me that there was only an issue with the O2 sensor and he was too lazy to have fixed it before selling the Jeep. I bought the Jeep and about 3 weeks after I picked up my husband from work all of my engine lights came on and my jeep started sounding weird. Thought it had something to do with the O2 sensor. Jeep didn't act up like that again til end of May then 1st day of June Jeep completely shut down thought it was a bad battery. Got a new battery Jeep wouldn't start turns out it was the starter. Guy that sold me the Jeep never mentioned anything about the starter going bad and I'm pretty sure he knew but only told me that the O2 sensor was bad. Also

I had been communicating with these gentleman for about 3 weeks, off and on. Joe and Mickey asked me my price range and what I was looking for and they made it happen. In between I had went to other dealerships and did not have a positive experience. They were very up front and very honest with everything. No shady dealings at all. Even down to the mechanic. I have and will continue to recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a good used automobile. I love my truck and she runs great! Thank you Robin's Auto for getting me back on the road! Car didn't last me a week without having the engine light on, among other recurring issues... And of course they were the ones that took it to be inspected.... Not even five months later, the completely rusted, water damaged frame, broke while I was driving to work on the highway. Which shortly after, I am advised by more than one mechanic/shop to not put anymore money into it... 😑 How this is even legal and they're able to get away with it, is beyond me.... But lesson definitely learned.🤦‍♂️💩

Have and problems with them for day one. Don't trust a world they tell you. They will rip you off. Noone never. My Recommendation would not buy a car from them My sales consultant Chad sales consultant didn't even know what a radiator was is what he told me. Very dishonest place and no one is ever there to help you or call you back I would give them a -5 stars
