Robinson Glass

We had no doubt Robinson Glass was going to produce and install our glass, but we were blown away with the customer service! Not only were the ladies in the office awesome, but Rick and Ernesto who came out to measure and then to install the finished product were simply incredible. Ernesto handled the glass like he was born to do it, and Rick was very diligent in not only installing the glass with Ernesto, but also talked to my wife and I about how to take care of the glass, cleaning, etc. I will always ask for Rick and Ernesto in the future, too! Find another glass provider! Giving 1 star because it won't let me give them 0 starts. This place is an absolute joke! Their incompetent employees screwed up my shower glass install by drilling holes in the wrong locations of the brand new shower tile. It delayed the finish of my project by 2 weeks. They told us to have our tile guys replace the damaged tiles and let them know how much it was. The tile was fixed and Robinson was advised of the cost and the lady agreed to take $750 off the balance due. They never sent it in writing and now they dispute the reduction although we have emails stating the same. A friend of mine was helping me with the remodel and paid the deposit in cash. We had frameless sliding glass shower doors installed by Robinson Glass Broken Arrow. The installation was timely and done professionally. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Rick and Ernesto did a fantastic job installing my window. They were pleasant. I will need more windows so when I do I would like to have Rick and Ernesto back.

Needed to replace my windshield, and I'm so glad I went with Robinson Glass. Less expensive than the others that I checked prices on and everyone there was very nice, and professional! They did a great job, highly recommended!
