Someone tore the front of my bumper, leaving a hole, and my back bumper had years' worth of dings, scrapes, and marks from parking on NYC streets. Their response was incredibly prompt and thorough. They quoted me a price by text and I was able to drop my car off the same day. I was looking for a body shop to fix the scratch on my rear passenger side door. Upon doing some research I came across Robokito Body Shop, I am so glad I brought my car here Alvaro was very communicative throughout the process & kept me updated with everything even sending me pictures & videos at each step of the way. I appreciate them because the estimate given to me online did not change when I arrived to their shop. The outcome was perfect 10/10! As you can see you cannot even tell the door was scratched to begin with. Would 110% recommend these guys they're great at what they do!
