Rob’s Auto Repair did an amazing job with my Tahoe. They were affordable, reliable, and extremely friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. They also offer a wide range of services. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Rob! He took great care of our work van, was very fairly priced, and had it back to us in no time! Very impressed with both Rob and his staff, and he will definitely be our go-to mechanic from here on out. If you are on the fence about choosing a mechanic, just go ahead, you will be glad you did!

Made a huge mistake today. The rear driver side window on my Lexus GX 360 got stuck halfway and wouldn’t open or close. I heard a big klunk too. Took it to the Lexus shop this morning. After a two hour wait I was told the window regulator was broken and had to be replaced …. For $1380!!! Stunned, I called my old reliable mechanic in Nicholasville for a seconds opinion. Rob Roberts who owns Rob's Auto Repair had me bring it over for a look see. There were some issues as the regulator had been forced off its track by debris. He fiddled with it for an hour and a half and got it fixed. Window has to stay closed for next three days to allow the special glue to set. Total? $185. Next big repair issue I am calling Rob first! We have been a customer of his since 1996 when it was The Oil Exchange.

My family has been using Rob’s Auto for 10 years or more. Rob has worked on numerous vehicles for us over the years and we have always received excellent service at a very fair price! No one likes to pay for car repairs, but Rob keeps it as reasonable as possible and will tell you up front if he suspects any issues with the repair. Rob is honest, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers and their safety. Recently my vehicle needed some repairs and due to scheduling I couldn’t get it done until after a planned road trip. Rob took the time to check my vehicle before the trip to make sure the car was safe to drive and also checked my tires without me even asking. His office person Sarah is so helpful and they are so accommodating! I love to support local and you won’t find a bet

Highly recommend this shop. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Wont find a more honest shop anywhere. Instead of trying to upsell me or get me to buy more parts they were honest and told me what the engine was worth. I wish I had found this shop sooner!
