It was so nice to have very friendly, helpful, real people answering the phone! Cheyenne was our service rep. She was great! She patiently explained things and provided written explanations and estimates. We were not pressured into anything that was not needed. We have had the car back almost a week and everything seems to be working well. We are very satisfied with our experience and plan to return for regular maintenance or other needs.

Rob’s Automotive Repair was wonderful! I took my car in to be thoroughly inspected for any issues. They were photographed and assessed and then sent to me for approval before any work was done. They gave me options about what was needed now, and issues that I could have done later. I like the way they do business and knew I could trust them. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Cheyenne was my representative who helped me…excellent!!! They even offer rides to and from their business for free (Lyft).

I'm late to review Rob's, as they took care of me back in August, but these guys are amazing!!! Carter was the main employee I spoke with over the phone and he was phenomenal. He also came in on his day off to make sure I had my car secured in a safe place until they opened. Corey also really helped when I came in personally and by going through some paperwork to ensure I wasn't being screwed over by the company I had been going to the last several years (which it turned out i kind of had been). Carter and Corey worked together to find me the best ways to handle the situation and have me honest suggestions without making me feel manipulated into paying for maintenance through they're company - they were there to help and make sure that I was safe while driving my vehicle. This shop is well managed and provided an extensive and thorough evaluation of my vehicle. My car is 20 years old and well worn. I came to Rob’s for a free brake inspection and got an ICU (intensive car unit) analysis. I will likely not proceed with the repair which is worth more $ than my car is worth but I have 2 other vehicles I would NOT hesitate to take to this shop. A good mechanic is about equivalent to a good medical doctor! Cheyenne is awesome and the portal to Rob’s.

I am horribly late with me review but I had some issues with my diesel van about 2 months ago and they diagnosed, quoted and repaired my van with confident swiftness. I have a really hectic work schedule and they got me up and running in less than 4 days! Highly recommend this shop for their professionality and care they put into their work, they even gave me a free service that would've otherwise costed me over $200. I can't recommend this shop enough! shout out to Carter for being a real G and accommodating my constant calling for updates hahaha
