Our tire got blown by a pothole on the road. Every other store around turned us away, but Rob’s Tires reassured us that as long as we got there by closing time they would help us replace our tire. They were kind, reassuring, and efficient during a time when we needed it. Thank you 🙏

Our family members tire was flat and the rim was severely bent. We called a couple of places but they were all closed on Saturdays. Rob’s was the only place that answered. We explained that the rim was severely bent and we needed to drive an hour back home. They allowed us to text a picture of the rim to determine if it was worth driving instead of causing further damage. They said we could come at that moment and when we pulled up they ran out to take a look, remove the tire, and assess the damage. The staff was very adamant to make it work. They ended up bending the rim back in shape and putting on a new tire. The side mirror was handing off and they were aware of our long drive and taped it back on. We made it back safe and sound! Such great customer service. Ahmed is a genuine man and trustworthy. My experience was so good with a tiny nail I got plugged. Very cost effective. I asked him to help with additional issues and plan to come here whenever I need help and am nearby.
