Only reason I’m giving this a 2 star rating is because Ralph has been EXTREMELY patient with me. He is an absolute sweetheart throughout all of this. But!!! I bought my car in November of ‘24… was extremely happy about it! And then the check engine light came on 6 months later… I took it into a mechanic that is highly trusted and was told that I had multiple leaks and that my ball joint was one good pothole away from my tire flying off. They said for everything they found wrong with my car, it should never have been sold to me. Now. I trust my mechanic. But I wanted to be sure and I got a second opinion. Cue me taking my car to ridgeview motors. They said they have never seen my car before (mind you. This place is a sister company to Summit view and Ridgeview. Same owner) at that shop. A

I have had the privilege to work with Paul over the last few years when it comes to buying cars for my daughters. This past week I had the privilege of working with Eric as well. I called Paul on Tuesday and went to the dealership on Wednesday. Paul and Eric had everything ready to go for us. They made sure that both my girls had a car that they felt comfortable with and that old worried mom could feel safe knowing they had good safe cars. The car that we bought from Paul and Eric was the second car for my daughter from Paul. We had some issues that came along the way this time. Perfect experience helping us during this social distancing with the purchase of our sons car. Eric S. reached out and made the time available to test drive and then had all our paperwork ready after we decided we were purchasing this 2014 Fiat. This little gem is in pristine condition! Very low mileage and Eric answered all the questions we had and gave us great insight on this Fiat’s past. Buying a car here was so easy and stress free thanks to Eric and Paul! I got the car I wanted and I'm in love!! The whole process took two days and they had everything ready when we got there to pick my car up. Eric got us a great rate and payment, plus they were very generous with my trade!
