Roca Tires Shop was amazing. We were in a tough spot trying to find replacement rear right tire for a Tesla Model 3 Performance, which are not easy to find, especially on short notice. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the process. They got us back on the road quickly and made a stressful situation feel manageable. You can tell they care about doing the job right and taking care of people — not just cars. Highly recommend this shop if you need tire service in the Birmingham area, especially for harder-to-source tires.

I have personally bought several sets of tires from here. They are top-notch. They are very professional and friendly. They have always been a pleasure working with and very reasonable with process.

Came here 2 days ago for a tire asked dem to take one of my other tires off and put it back on cause I wasn’t sure it was was on right because I changed it myself before making it here… they did wat I asked dem to which was take the tire off and put it back on….came back 2days later which was today and now they’re saying my lug nut is stripped my lug nut and claim it wasn’t them because I don’t have a receipt….but I only got a receipt for the other tire they changed I never got a receipt for them just taking the tire off and putting it back on now I’m stuck on flat tire because they can’t get the lug nut off that they broke/stripped

I would've gave a 5 star but the technician did not put my bedazzled tire cap back on☹️

Great prices, honest work, super friendly! Got me in and swapped a bad tire I had in 10 minutes and I was on my way.
