Sadly our previous car was totaled, but with the amazing staff and customer service we were able to get everything sorted out there. No rush and great support from the team! we were able to get the old car off the lot and were able to leave with a used car in perfect condition for a great price. I personally would recommend going to rocafleet anytime you need work done or even buying a car!!!

Amazing customer service from all these gentlemen who work at Rocafleet. I needed a tire taken off and new one mounted and put on and they didn’t hesitate or schedule far out. I called and he said “can u b here in 30”. I was and had the best interactions with the staff. Very professional and friendly. Definitely know their stuff. Our family owned business will absolutely be going there for our service repairs when needed. Great job guys and thank you so very much.

I had such a great experience here! Ernie at the front desk was so fun, friendly, and helpful and he made me feel completely welcomed the moment I walked in. The customer service was top-notch. I've never had "fun" at a mechanics office before. Highly recommend!

I called them up,explained the issue I was having with my vehicle and they immediately took my car, did a road test found the issue. I didn’t have to wait, the time to repair the issue and have my vehicle working again was less than an hour long This was the best experience I have ever had at any auto service shop Excellent customer service.
