While in Atlanta last week for a visit at Emory Hospital, I was faced with a check engine light on my GLC300 and found it wouldn't top out at more than about 25-30 MPH. Being from out of town, I immediately Google searched the nearest dealership, but found several concerning mediocre reviews. Luckily upon searching further I found Rocco's with excellent reviews and very close by. Well, this was certainly my good fortune! Auto Repair specialists don’t have to tell you the truth. You’re kind of at their mercy. Even if they know exactly what’s wrong, they can run a battery of tests to bulk up the bill. [Veterinary franchises know this. Unfortunately.] I went to Rocco’s today and had an engine light. Nice people. I was worried it was going to have BMW and Mercedes pricing, but it’s really quite reasonable and comparable to normal shops. But you can tell by the look of it that it’s a little bit upscale. I liked that. You can steal a pen. Nice. Anyway, they noticed that most of the engine light sensors were reporting a problem with the air filter, and the guy comes out and he asks me “did you just have an oil change?“ And yes, indeed I had. 0 Stars – Avoid if you value your car or your money I own several German cars and had been taking them to Rocco’s for a couple of years, but this experience completely ended that relationship. I brought my 2018 Porsche Macan in for a check engine light and was told it needed four cam magnets and I paid approx. 3K for parts and labor. I was also warned that if the light came back, I’d be looking at a massive timing chain repair with 40+ labor hours—essentially a scare tactic for an extremely expensive future repair. After picking the car up, I drove it less than 20 miles. On the second short drive, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, the car began shaking, and it was clearly unsafe to drive. I went to Rocco's to fix a small problem with the left tail light of my Audi. It's not easy to find mechanics who service Audis around where I live, and at Rocco's they do! They were super attentive, solved the problem quickly, and I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely go back for other repairs if needed and I highly recommend this place. ⭐️

Rocco’s handles its customers and their rides with the utmost care. The techs and advisors are like a second family to me, always friendly, informative, and understanding. I’ve brought my S5 in for interval maintenance and repair several times and always left satisfied with the level of service provided. There isn’t another Euro specialist shop I’d pick anywhere in Marietta.
