From start to finish Tim and the Rochester Collison folks were kind, communicative and respectful. They handled communication with my insurance company making a smooth process for payment. The work was really exceptional. My car was returned to me like new, inside and out. I was very impressed with the entire process and am delighted at the result.

Rochester Collision did a great job with my vehicle. They communicated the issues that needed to be tended to to my insurance company clearly so that the insurance company could cover the needed repairs. Workmanship was excellent. My car was returned in perfect condition.

I had a small issue, went in and it took around 15 minutes to fix. The front desk worker was very nice and gave me great information, while the tech who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and helpful, but also did a great job with what was wrong.
