Robert is VERY knowledgeable and efficient at repairing windshield chips. He had everything on his forms memorized. He knew all the questions I'd have and answered everything before I even asked. His ability to manage several customers at a time is impressive and he is expert level with the repair & handling the insurance company so I didn't have to pay anything. It was very easy. He's also very personable and we chatted about all sorts of things. He also satisfied my curiosity with the repair process and explained everything while I observed. I highly recommend using his business for repairs!

Great small business here in town! I called because I got a decent sized rock chip around 10:45 am, was informed that Desiree was on her way to set up and get started for the day, and she had it all fixed up super fast and easy! She’s great at getting through the annoying but necessary insurance claim, too. Also she was just really nice.

LOVE using this place! Also love that he'll literally answer the phone, pretty much anytime, so it's easy to find out when he's going to be at the Bellis Fair location. I've used him a couple of times, myself, but most recently, my girlfriend had a crack, larger than a dollar bill, that we got lucky enough he was still willing to repair. I'm hoping to add the before and after shots, because the difference is SO amazing, and saved her having to get a whole new windshield! Also, he and his wife are super adorable, and sweet. Just genuinely kind people.
