Rock Collision Center

Came here for a deer collision about 6 months ago. Since then I’ve added another 8k miles and no issues whatsoever. I wanted to be sure it stood the test of time before giving 5 stars, and it definitely does! Service was top notch as well. I highly recommend.

This is the second vehicle we have taken to Rock Collision for hail damage. We returned because we were thrilled with the restoration of our first vehicle. This vehicle also looks fantastic. No more dents, paint color matches, and so nice and clean! Turn around time was quick as well. Not only will we go back again if needed, but they are also fixing our van from a recent rear end collision. Glad to have a body shop we can trust!

There are so many issues that I'm not sure what to begin with. My wife dropped off her vehicle on July 30 to have hail damage repaired with an estimated pick-up date around the end of August or the beginning of September. (I'm very well aware of the amount of vehicles damaged during the tornado and hail. So I know that parts can be difficult to receive promptly.) With that said, we were very Respectful and reasonable to the multiple changes in time frames for pickup dates. We went to pick up her vehicle on the 18th of September. I was limited to overlooking the vehicle because I needed to get to work. I had gotten 'T-boned' by another truck which did damage to my solid steel bed in the back passenger side. I couldn't even see any sign of damage when I got my truck back. Oh, and cleaned out as well! The young man that did the very difficult job due to the type of vehicle I have, did an excellent job. He was also very pleasant to work with. Thanks 'J'.

Got some hail damage took it to them. They got it all done and the timeframe that they said which was around 10 days and when we got the car back, it was better than when we first bought it. It was clean and beautiful. They cleaned the inside and out so nicely will definitely recommend them. They were so great to deal with They kept us informed and communicate communicated with us through throughout the whole process
